Endorse. There was a consensus to delete.Oppose undeletion. In the AfD it was said that there is false information about a living person (full of wrong information, full of lies) and this was not contested in the AfD, and a page with such problems should not be undeleted. Endorse if this is an appeal of the close. Clearly the correct conclusion by the closer. DRV is not AFD round 2. Submission of a draft for review is permitted because the title has not been salted. However, there is no reason to think that submission of a draft is likely to be useful, and there is no reason why the article should be refunded to draft.
