Manjo Janar Abubakar Waziri (an haife shi a ranar 28 ga watan Satumban shekarar 1940 [1] -ya mutu a shekara ta 2002[ana buƙatar hujja] shi ne Soja Gwamnan Bendel State a Najeriya daga watan Yulin shekara ta 1978 zuwa watan Satumba na shekara ta 1979 a lokacin wucin gadi lokaci na soja zuwa gwamnatin farar hula karkashin Janar Olusegun Obasanjo . Bayan haka ya kasance gwamnan soja na jihar Borno daga watan Janairun shekara ta 1984 zuwa Agustan shekara ta 1985 a lokacin mulkin Janar Muhammadu Buhari .

An haifi Waziri a masarautar Fika a jihar Yobe . Waziri ya kasance daya daga cikin alkalan wasa na "Exercise SunStroke", atisayen kwanaki goma da aka gudanar a farkon shekara ta 1975 wanda ya zama atisaye na riguna ga Tawayen Sojoji na 29 ga watan Yulin shekara ta 1975, lokacin da aka cire Janar Yakubu Gowon daga mulki aka maye gurbinsa da Murtala Muhammed . Yayinda yake gwamnan jihar Bendel, Waziri ya kasance kwamandan Birged, 4 Mechanized Brigade, Nigeria Army Benin City.

Waziri was born in the Fika Emirate in Yobe State.[3][4][5][6] The state had a severe drought in this period, losing over 660,000 tons of crops.[7][3][5][8]
