Scattered trees in approximately the right positions on the right
Lake would be frozen over and snowcovered in January.
Plenty of forests to make something like that background.
Problems:
Not quite sure the forests would form the dark line in the distance from there, due to the peninsula that I'm guessing the glow comes from.

The lights are the result of solar particles colliding with gases in Earth's atmosphere.
