Writing Gatherings of Wikimedians in Hsinchu is a meetup hold on last Saturday or Sunday of a month in Tea and Beverages, Hsinchu City, Taiwan.

This meetup is hold by Taiwania Justo, Host of Wikimedians in Hsinchu.

Wikimedians in Hsinchu

Wikimedians in Hsinchu is a regional community of Taiwan Wikimedia communities, established on December 14, 2013. We have the cooperation with Wiki Seed of Taiwan Knowledge hosted by Wikimedia Taiwan.

Main Cadres

• Host: Taiwania Justo, Expert Editor of Chinese Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, OTRS Volunteer.
• Vice Host: KOKUYO (Administrator of Chinese Wikipedia) and Yuriy kosygin (Administrator of Chinese Wikivoyage).

Gathering Information

1. Date and Time: (currently) last Saturday of a month, 14:00-17:00 UTC+8
2. Place: Tea and Beverages (opposite the gate of Guangfu Campus, National Chiaotung University)
3. Fees:
   • Normal: 150 TWD (including 50 TWD minimum charge)
   • Special for assigned targets per month: 100 TWD (including 50 TWD minimum charge)
4. Note: Please take a laptop or tablet for the best experience of the gathering.

Current Plan

1. Host the writing gatherings in Hsinchu monthly.
2. Design and execute the lesson plans of Wikimedia projects in junior and senior high schools of Taiwan.
