Approval of Wp/sdc

Ladies / Gentlemen, I am one of the users who have been trying a number of months to make the Wikipedia in the Sassaresu language (Wp/sdc/ [1] - a variant of the old and respectable Sardinian language) come out of the Incubator. And right, now where we have reached and surpassed the 1,000 pages (1,206 - see: [2] ) and are ready to claim an honorable place for Sassarese, among the regional Wikipedias of Europe. Due to recent editing, Wikipedia in linga sassaresa is now well developed. I thus propose for the Committee to approve its coming out of the Incubator. Please review the project for final approval. It's been this month that your community met the minimum requirements for approval, so I'd like to wait another month. Interference occurs between WP/sro (Campidanese) and WP/sdc (Sassarese) using the same language, because the Campidanese cannot be enabled. I believe that to solve the problem it is necessary to quickly get the Sassarese from Incubator. Sincerely--Sirmio Cabinigre 12:34, 23 March 2022 (UTC)

• Though not being, unfortunately, a native speaker of Sassarese, I learn it, which means I can speak and write it a bit. Actually not that bad, pretty well - so I was told at least several times. :) There are between 90.000 and 160.000 native speakers of this Sardo-Corsican transitional language. I am sure that as soon as the real Sassarese Wikipedia opens there will be more authors and contributors finding their way to it. It is only little known and visible as Incubator Wiki, I suppose.

Approval of Assamese Wikiquote (Wq/as)

Hello. I, on behalf of Assamese Wikiquote Community, would like to inform you that Assamese Wikiquote (Wq/as) project should get its own domain now as all the required criteria have been fulfilled. The project has been active enough since August 2021. At least five contributors are active each month. As of now, there are 390+ articles in the test wiki. Besides, we are trying to improve the quality of the pages better than before. Therefore, I request you to approve the creation of the site for Assamese Wikiquote project. I hope you will pay heed to our request and provide us with an affirmative response.
