Notes:	New version of filter 43 (now marked as deleted) - Leaderboard 25/02/2019. Setting to tag-only for now. As it is tag-only, making it global. No tagging for now - too many false positives. - Leaderboard Flooding abuselog; turning it off until there is a better rationale for its existence, duplicating other filters -- billinghurst rename, to something less accusatory Switching on again for logging, but with high throttle rate. Hope this will weed out false positives. -- Leaderboard 03032019 Flooding abuselog again without being particularly useful -> turning it off again
