Request reason: Scared me there. I quote "If there's a WMF project on which you're not blocked, making yourself useful there wouldn't hurt your case." from an old ANI response to the sock of a hardbanned user. I am new to Wikimedia. So, Abd is banned on enwiki but not commons. Why would there be a difference with meta?

I am not a vandal. The template edits where to make it look closer to the Wikipedia one.
