I just realized, that the activity tracking is probably a bit underrepresented. It's only logging that event once, when the user uses that reuse panel for the first time. After that, even when the user closes the dialog and does another reuse at a different place in the code this will then not lead to another count of that event.

I took the freedom to summarize the overall problems surfacing in this task. I guess it makes sense to try to solve the first two issues described so it's less confusing for the users.
