Is it possible that there is some sort of timing out that happens with editing a long page?

@Rschen7754 if you see the log for the pages that the messages are failing to go to this usually tells you why the message is not being posted. In a few I've seen:

Delivery of "MassMessage" to Page was skipped because target was in a namespace that cannot be posted in

This means that on the projects listed the non-talk namespaces that have targets have not been defined as okay to post content to using a config. This means that these servers do not have the right config set. This means that, unless I've missed something, this needs a WMF production configuration change.

Alternatively, a new config could be made that allows exclusions to the namespace restriction.

What needs to be addressed is:

From what I can see none of these examples are the cause of a bug. All seem to be intended features preventing posting, and as such changing this to a normal task.

I've made a subtask to allow whitelisting certain pages so that MassMessage can post there regardless of all rules other than the MassMessage category.

I hesitate to move established community portals so I suspect this would have to be addressed in a config change.
