Clément Mouamba (13 November 1943 – 29 October 2021)[1] was a Congolese politician. He was the Prime Minister of the Republic of the Congo from 2016 until 2021. Before he was Minister of Finance from 1992 to 1993.

In May 2021, Clément Mouamba and his government resigned.[2]

Mouamba died on 29 October 2021 in Paris, France from COVID-19 at the age of 77.[3]
