Fabrizio Saccomanni

Fabrizio Saccomanni (November 22, 1942 – August 8, 2019) was an Italian economist and politician. He was the deputy governor of the Bank of Italy. He was the Minister of Economy and Finances between April 2013 and February 2014. From April 13, 2018 until his death, Saccomanni was the chairman of UniCredit. He was born in Rome.

Saccomanni died of a heart attack in San Teodoro, Italy on August 8, 2019 at the age of 76.[1]
