Method Man & Redman (also referred to as Meth & Red, Red & Mef, John Blaze and Funk Doc or Funk Doctor Spock and Johnny Blaze) are an American hip hop duo. The group formed in 1994. The members of the group are East Coast rappers Method Man (of Wu-Tang Clan) and Redman (of Def Squad).

The duo have known each other for a long time before they were both signed with Def Jam. They recorded "Got My Mind Made Up" for Tupac Shakur's double-disc fourth and final album All Eyez on Me (1996). They freestyled each other on Yo! MTV Raps, and released their collaborative debut single "How High". In 1999, the two rappers were featured on "Rap Phenomenon" from The Notorious B.I.G.'s posthumous album Born Again.

In 2001, they both starred in the movie How High. In 2004, the duo also starred in their short-lived Fox sitcom, Method & Red.

On May 7, 2009, Method Man & Redman released a mixtape titled Lights Out, which was hosted by DJ Green Lantern in promotion for their third studio album.
