Karoga apraksts
  1. Stopiņu novada karogs: uz zila fona trīs zelta astoņstaru zvaigznes pāļa virzienā. (Pielikums Nr.4).
  2. Karogs ir divpusējs.
  3. Karoga izmēri:
    1. Karogs masta: augstums 1m x platums 2m. Zvaigznes atrodas karoga centrā. Zvaigžņu izmērus un izvietojumu skatīt Pielikumā Nr.5.
    2. Karogs galda: augstums 700mm x platums 1350mm. Zvaigznes atrodas karoga centrā. Zvaigžņu izmērus un izvietojumu skatīt Pielikumā Nr.6.
  4. Karoga krāsas: zilā - Pantone 286C, zelta - Pantone 873C.[1]
Iesvētīts 1997.gada 15.novembrī, toreiz - Stopiņu pagasta karogs.[2]
