Гэтая выява адлюстроўвае сьцяг, герб, гербавую пячатку ці любы іншы афіцыйны сымбаль. Выкарыстаньне гэтых сымбаляў можа быць абмежаванае ў мностве дзяржаваў. Гэтыя абмежаваньні не залежаць ад статусу аўтарскага права.
Copyright protection shall not be afforded to: a) expressions of traditional folklore and art; b) daily news or information on current facts and events; c) official documents: legal acts, treaties and the official translations thereof; d) official symbols and signs (flags, coats of arms, medals, coins);; e) political speeches, speeches delivered in the court; f) results obtained by technical means without the intervention of human creative activity.
Copyright shall not cover scientific discoveries, ideas, principles, methods, procedures, viewpoints, systems, ceremonies, scientific theories, mathematical formulas, statistical diagrams, rules of games, even if they are expressed, described, disclosed, commented in works.
Гэтая праца не зьяўляецца аб’ектам аўтарскага права ў адпаведнасьці з Законам Рэспублікі Беларусь 370-XIII ад 16 траўня 1996 году аб аўтарскіх і сумежных правах з зьменамі і дапаўненьнямі 194-З ад 11 жніўня 1998 году і 183-З ад 4 студзеня 2003 году.
Артыкул 8. Творы, якія не зьяўляюцца аб’ектамі аўтарскага права
Не зьяўляюцца аб’ектамі аўтарскага права:
афіцыйныя дакумэнты (законы, судовыя рашэньні, іншыя тэксты заканадаўчага, адміністратыўнага і судовага характару), а таксама іхныя афіцыйныя пераклады;
дзяржаўныя сымбалі і знакі (сьцяг, герб, гімн, ордэны, грашовыя і іншыя знакі)[1]
творы народнай творчасьці, аўтары якіх невядомыя.
Аўтарскае права не распаўсюджваецца на ідэі, працэсы, сыстэмы, мэтады функцыянаваньня, канцэпцыі, прынцыпы, вынаходніцтвы альбо проста інфармацыю як такія, нават калі яны выражаныя, адлюстраваныя, патлумачаныя альбо створаныя ў дзеяньні.
Камэнтар: паводле міждзяржаўных і міжнародных пагадненьняў Беларусь зьяўляецца законнай пераемніцай БССР, таму гэтая ліцэнзія распаўсюджваецца таксама на афіцыйныя дакумэнты БССР.
Папярэджаньне: гэтая ліцэнзія ня можа быць ужытая для прапановаў афіцыйных сымбаляў і праектаў афіцыйных дакумэнтаў, якія могуць ахоўвацца аўтарскімі правамі.
Article 8. Works Not Protected by Copyright
The following shall not be protected by copyright:
official documents (laws, court decisions and other texts of a legislative, administrative, judicial or diplomatic nature) together with official translations thereof;
State emblems and official signs (flags, armorial bearings, decorations, monetary signs and other State symbols and official signs);
works of folklore,
communications concerning events and facts that have an informational character.

Article 6. Works Protected by Copyright (subject matter of copyright)
Ideas, methods, processes, systems, means, concepts, principles, discoveries and facts may not be protected by copyright.
Article 8. Works and the Results of Activity Similar to them that Are not Objects of Copyright
The following shall not be objects of copyright:
Official documents (laws, resolutions, decisions and etc.) as well as official translations thereof;
State emblems and official signs (flags, armorial bearings, orders, monetary signs and etc.);
Works of folklore;
Information on the news of the day or information on the current events that are of the common press-information character;
The results obtained with the help of technical means for the production of a certain type without creative activity of a man directly targeted for creation of an individual work.[1]
Comment – According to interstate and international compacts the Kyrgyz Republic is the legal successor of the Kirgiz Soviet Socialist Republic, therefore this license tag is also applicable to official symbols and formal documents of the Kirgiz SSR.
Warning – This license tag cannot be applied to proposed official symbols and drafts of the formal documents, which can be copyrighted.

This work is not an object of copyright according to article 1259 of Book IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation No. 230-FZ of December 18, 2006.
Shall not be objects of copyright:
official documents of state government agencies and local government agencies of municipal formations, including laws, other legal texts, judicial decisions, other materials of legislative, administrative and judicial character, official documents of international organizations, as well as their official translations;
state symbols and signs (flags, emblems, orders, any forms of money, and the like), as well as symbols and signs of municipal formations;
works of folk art (folklore), which don't have specific authors;
news reports on events and facts, which have a purely informational character (daily news reports, television programs, transportation schedules, and the like).
Warning – This license tag is not applicable to drafts of official documents, proposed official symbols and signs, which can be copyrighted.
Warning – This Russian official document, state symbol or sign (postage stamps, coins and banknotes mainly) may incorporate one or more works that can be copyrightable if separated from this document, symbol or sign. In such a case, this work is not an object of copyright if reused in its entirety but, at the same time, extracting specific portions from this work could constitute copyright infringement. For example, the denomination and country name must be preserved on postage stamps.
