RGB colours?

Nice work - just a single path to cut out the stars.

I was wondering about the colors - this image has #214395 for blue and #fbc707 for gold, but the Visual identity of the Council of Europe - Graphic Charter guide (via https://www.coe.int/en/web/about-us/visual-identity) says they should be more saturated: #0e3d8a (blue) and #fecc00 (gold).
