Messing up category page layout

{{Edit request}} Category pages are often messed up because templates will overwrite the category listings. See Category:2014 and many of the country categories as examples. If we addTemplate:{{Sisterend}} of {{Clr}} to this template it will solve the problem. It will alter the layout if there are other templates on category pages but that is less of an issue.
