Although the CC licence is a German version and the interface was set to German, the link to the deed remains in English: www.creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/de/deed.en

Depending on my language settings, the licence version which applies gets changed in the template. This causes different legal liabilities and unsecurity for possible reusers. Also it is impossible to realise the author's intention when using this licence: we don't know whether FAL 1.1 or 1.3 was chosen deliberately in this case.

Falsch, ich als Uploader, um am Beispiel der Goldkristalle zu bleiben, sah immer nur die deutsche Version der FAL Lizenz, in ihrer Version 1.1de! Etwas anderes gibt/gab es für mich nicht. File history

Depending on the file history of a media file, the licence which is currently on display is not necessarily correct. Given a troll or a bot misleadingly changes the licence the uploader did chose in the first place, this breach of the original licence might remain unnoticed. Therefore an individual review of the file history is necessary for every single media file to comply with the correct licence.
