Die Villa Fischel in dem Niemannsweg 127 (1904) ist eine der Gartenstadtbewegung und Reformarchitektur verpflichtete Jugendstilvilla von dem Architekten und Künstler Richard Riemerschmid (1868-1957, deshalb auch Villa Riemerschmid genannt) und dem Kieler Bauunternehmer Stade für den Konteradmiral Max Fischel (1850-1929).
