Keep but relicensed as PD-Textlogo like the first file that you uploaded. Trailblazer101, Instead of deleting one file that you nominated, why not merging both of these files into the single file? Logo originates in Singapore, where TOO is very low. Also uploader appears to have taken the image from elsewhere and claimed it as own work (see also File:Low Yen Ling.jpg). S5A-0043Talk 14:20, 11 May 2024 (UTC)
