This template is incorrect: works by Chilean government are not under Public Domain. Article 8 of the Constitutions talks about the transparency of the acts and resolutions from the State, not its copyright status. Article 88 of the Chilean Intellectual Property Law establishes that public organisms have the rights under its works, and they will be under Public Domain ONLY if released by these.
