Photo shot in a country without freedom-of-panorama. Building looks to be recent; needs to be discussed whether it would be copyrightable in Belgium. If yes, permission or deletion. -- Túrelio (talk) 08:34, 30 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Same problem with File:Bâtiment József Antall (2).JPG.

Just to be clear, I took the picture when I was going to the EP, if need be, I can ask to the relevant DG whether this is permissible.

Hi Treehill, it's not your fault. The problem is the law of Belgium which offers no freedom of panorama to its citizens (and neither to visitors). In order to get a valid permission, you would ned to find out who is the architect or copyright-holder and then ask him/her for permission. --Túrelio (talk) 10:31, 30 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
