We don't want this released to commons anymore. Both the uploader AND subjects are requesting the deletion. Frommeyer (talk) 14:35, 8 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Requesting a courtesy deletion. It's a personal family photo our dad uploaded - without our knowledge or permission. It's a first page result when our last name is googled and, frankly, it's irritating and weird to have friends find it, copy the link, and then send it to us with a "tee-hee." I'm asking for some compassion here. Please. Delete it? Frommeyer (talk) 16:33, 16 February 2014 (UTC) Speedy closed, twice is enough - Jcb (talk) 17:11, 16 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No reason for speedy closure without addressing the concerns.
Delete. Out-of-scope small picture of non-notable persons. If the picture was only to show his children on the user's personal userpage on en.wikipedia, which userpage is now deleted, there's no particular point in keeping the picture. It is an example of a personal photo that Commons would probably want to delete even if the deletion wasn't requested by the persons in question. There is no reason to keep it just to annoy the user and the persons pictured. -- Asclepias (talk) 18:47, 16 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
