- Not sure the image was taken by a government employee as part of the official duties. U.S. Govt. Bureau sites, even media outlets like VOA regularly use copyrighted works so just appearing on a site isn't really evidence. If the original posting can be found with a the photographer's U.S. government affiliation it would be considered PD.Monopoly31121993(2) (talk) 11:23, 29 February 2020 (UTC)
