•  Delete Der Innenraum ist doch moderne Architektur und als solche geschützt. Der Architekt dieser Kirche, Horst Linde, ist erst 2016 gestorben. Es spielt also überhaupt keine Rolle, ob das Mosaik Beiwerk ist oder nicht, da schon für die Architektur der Kirche als solche bei einer Innenaufnahme keine Panoramafreiheit gilt. / English: The above discussion is about whether or not the mosaic is de minimis. But even if it's de minimis, the architecture of the church itself is protected by copyright (architect died only in 2016, will become free in 2087) and there is no freedom of panorama for interior spaces in Germany.
