Per http://www.doctormacro.com/Legal/Visitor%20Agreement.htm, use of this photo needs permission from the webmaster. Webmaster has granted a user a personal use, not a commercial use. A non-commercial, non-personal use is unknown. George Ho (talk) 04:29, 21 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - The image is in PD. It does not matter what the webmaster thinks. --Sreejith K (talk) 05:58, 21 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Comment - Digital reproductions may still be copyrighted with or without notice. This must have been used and copyrighted by MGM; I have seen 1950s MGM photos with copyright notices in photos of eBay items. --George Ho (talk) 08:20, 21 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Delete This rationale about studio stills being PD was debated and deemed absurd. We deleted all of those files. See this or this or this or just scroll along the uploader's talk page to check 20 or more images like this one that have been deleted before. --Damiens.rf 17:24, 22 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Comment - To be honest, this image is too scary for me to watch anymore. --George Ho (talk) 06:20, 24 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted as we have no indication when this has been published first and whether it had a copyright notice or not. The source site does not provide any useful information in this regard. Hence we have to delete it per COM:PRP even if it is not impossible that this could be PD. --AFBorchert (talk) 04:49, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
