All of this user's uploads have been old black & white photos in Category:Highland Park High School (Texas) alleging attribution licenses from various people, with different dates in filenames vs. Information templates. I doubt all those people agreed to the same terms, some of the photographers may be dead, but all the photos could still be copyrighted. Thus, they should be deleted per COM:PRP, or have permission via OTRS.

- Comment: Some (or all) of the photos are taken from The Park Cities: A Photohistory, Diane Galloway, Mar 1, 1989. They appear on the schools' websites and the school district web site. According to an obit I found on Google, Galloway passed away not so long ago. Maybe her publisher has the copyright. Kudpung (talk) 06:46, 14 January 2018 (UTC) (schools coord at en.Wiki)
