Unlikely to be "own work" for the following reasons:

  1. Poor quality and no metadata
  2. Both images can be found on websites that predate the upload to Commons
  3. Minguell Lembrick.jpg is credited to the Americus Police Department according to a reverse image search. I could find no evidence of anyone named Ail Mohammed working there

 Delete No credible chance that these are "own work", as claimed. The mugshot might still be PD? What's the US law on those? We can definitely claim a source for that, even if it has taken a circuitous route to get here. Andy Dingley (talk) 09:36, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
