The files are various images of Chinese officials, along with a composite image of such files (File:China Vice Premiers 2018.jpg). As what reported by other users, such files purports to be from Flickr account "renwu66", but are found to be Flickrwashed from other sources. (Example: this for File:Hu Chunhua official portrait 2012.jpg, and this for File:Xu QiIiang official portrait 2012.jpg, in which they can be traced since 2013.) As a result, it can be deduced that the listed files are not the Flickr user's own work but are instead copyright violations.
