You are right. The photo is from the Government of Armenia's official website which says, "The photos placed on this website are copyright protected by the Author and Adjacent Rights Law of the Republic of Armenia. It is strictly forbidden to copy, misuse, spread, exemplify, adjust the photos or use them for any other purposes before prior written permission of the Republic of Armenia Government staff." Majora How is this picture (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Serzh_Sargsyan_official_portrait_from_president-am.jpg) okay though? It is using the same license and assuming the same qualification. MosMusy (talk) 09:17, 26 January 2018 (UTC)

Thank you for bringing that to my attention, MosMusy. That image should have never existed on Commons and the fact that it has for this long is extremely troubling. I have marked it for deletion. --Majora (talk) 21:24, 26 January 2018 (UTC)
