Sorry but, there is no Freedom of Panorama in Palau. This Neoclassicist work was completed in 2006, three years after the current copyright law was enacted (which removed all formalities and made copyright automatic, to last 50 years after author's death). The work will only fall out of copyright 50 years after the death of its author, Architect Joseph Farrell.

None of the images show the work incidentally or trivially. The most-used image can be copied to English Wikipedia, which does not need to respect laws of Palau and only respects U.S. laws, which grant commercial Freedom of Panorama for copyrighted architectural works.
