Ai Weiwei is still alive and there is no FoP for Museums in Germany. The temporary exhibit "So Sorry" was in the Haus der Kunst between September 2009 - January 2010.

Because they are from Ai Weiwei and in a museum? Size, amount, weight, colors and density etc. selected and presented by Ai Weiwei? Check the sculpture of Ton of tea, copyright has Ai Weiwei.
