Unfortunately there's no FOP in Italy and the architect of this building, Sandro Benedetti, seems to still be alive. So these images are copyrighted until an undetermined date.

Only after 14 years do you notice these photos? If there really was copyright infringement, don't you think anyone would have noticed? Continue deleting photographs that are of no interest to anyone. Do what you think is right. I stopped uploading photographs to Commons years ago, as they are then deleted.--Croberto68 (talk) 15:48, 31 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's not at all surprising the images have been on here for 14 years when Italian users don't police themselves when it comes to copyright violations and then bullies anyone else who's does. Anyway, this is pretty simple. Just don't upload images that violate copyright. Otherwise you should be fine. this isn't a file sharing network where people can indiscriminately upload whatever they want regardless of the law though. So it probably isn't for you if you can't handle a couple of your uploads being deleted as COPYVIO once in a while. --Adamant1 (talk) 16:04, 31 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
