The sculpture was completed by Edvard Eriksen (1876–1959) and Hack Kampmann (1856–1920). There is no freedom of panorama in Denmark for non-architectural works. The copyright terms of the country is 70 years, and the image can be undeleted in 2030.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I second the removal of the whole lot and have requested that all of my other uploads be removed as well, just to be on the safe side. KDLarsen (talk) 11:23, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That's (hopefully) not going to happen. We have to decide for each of them their status, particularly because the images are clearly in scope and in use. The church itself and most of the graves in it are certainly old enough to be PD. PaterMcFly (talk) 12:17, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As the original photographer, presumably I could be afforded the courtesy of deciding if my work should continue to appear here? KDLarsen (talk) 13:48, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@KDLarsen No, not really. You released your images under a CC license. This is irrevokable. It needs to be like this, because otherwise we would eventually need to delete a whole lot of derived images, just because some uploader decided to revoke the license. Or consider the case of Wikipedia: It would be a nightmare if we had to delete many articles just because a certain user, who had contributions all over the place, rewoked his license.
Commons sometimes does courtesy deletions, but only of images that where uploaded recently. This is not the case here. PaterMcFly (talk) 17:13, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Delete, unfree sculptures in Denmark. Files can be undeleted a few years from now. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 08:34, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination. --Gbawden (talk) 07:51, 4 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
