Unclear license/permission status. The description links to a text, which -- translated into English -- is the following: "This image bank contains photos of all our council members (and their deputies). The photos can be downloaded in good print quality. Use of it is free if the name of the photographer is mentioned". There is no mention of CC-BY-SA, nor anything about free (re-)distribution, modification, etc. See also User_talk:Robotje#Category:Photographs_by_Christiaan_Krouwels

    • The very first one on the list about Gijs van Dijk has been tagged "It was reviewed on 22 December 2016 by FlickreviewRand was confirmed to be licensed under the terms of the cc-by-2.0." and for what I can see that same photo is still under cc-by-2.0 on Flickr. So the license is clear. - Robotje (talk) 05:20, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Keep First photograph is NOT by Christiaan Krouwels, but -as User:Robotje indicates- clearly CC-BY-2.0. (I'll change the attribution accordingly.) All other photographs are photos of members of the SER, an official Dutch government council. On the website of the SER this statement can be found: In deze beeldbank staan foto's van alle raadsleden (en hun plaatsvervangers). De foto's kunt u downloaden in goede afdrukkwaliteit (2Mb). U mag ze gratis gebruiken, mits naamsvermelding van de fotograaf. (No English version available). My translation: This database contains photographs of all council members (and their substitutes). The photographs can be downloaded in good print quality. They can be used freely, if the photographer is attributed. Vysotsky (talk) 07:48, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
This is not sufficient to assume CC-BY-SA and I already wrote it in the RfD summary. --A.Savin 10:17, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) "U mag ze gratis gebruiken" translates to "You may use them at no (additional) cost", not to "They can be used freely". These pictures are not and, according to the Wayback Machine, have never been made available under a Creative Commons license, so the statements made to that extent by the various uploaders appear to be false. Statements made by other uploaders that the copyright holder "allows anyone to use it for any purpose", including the making of derivate works, appear to be equally untrue.
So what's going on with the first file? The photograph found on the Flickr page is not the same as the one uploaded to Commons. The one on Flickr was supposedly made by Lex Draijer on January 15, 2017 (though the EXIF data states: "artist - Rob van Esch"), whereas according to the EXIF data the one uploaded to Commons was in fact made by Christiaan Krouwels on 26 August 2015. In any case, the file on Flickr was changed. But is the one uploaded to Commons made by Draijer or by Krouwels? The EXIF data says Krouwels. But the photograph shares the characteristic blue background with the pictures made by Draijer. Then again, one could argue, so does this one supposedly made by Tessa Posthuma de Boer, and this one supposedly made by Raphaël Drent. Are these similar looking pictures made by different photographers, the background having been chosen by the party, or did someone fuck up when writing the descriptions for Flickr and are these in fact all works made by Draijer?  Comment I have asked SER to add a clear statement about the license at their website. Vysotsky (talk) 11:57, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
No response from SER as yet (2 months later). Statement on their website hasn't changed. Vysotsky (talk) 08:21, 14 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Renewed request sent to SER. Vysotsky (talk) 08:32, 14 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Comment As I tend to believe EXIF data, I undid my changes to Gijs van Dijk (2017). Thanks. Vysotsky (talk) 12:19, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
