There is no freedom of panorama in Latvia. Gunārs Asaris appears to still be alive, so there is not yet any known undelete date.

Deleted: If it were just an antenna structure, the Keep comments would be entirely correct. However, it has habitable space -- a viewing gallery, and, perhaps, offices, so it clearly qualifies as a buidling and therefore architecture. .     Jim . . . .
