Sorry but this is an unfree architectural work, considering SoKor not permitting a commercial freedom of panorama. Per w:ko:평화의 문, the architect was w:ko:김중업 who died in 1988. So this work is still within 70 years of his posthumous copyright.

@Ox1997cow regarding the second one, no. The gate has become an important part of the image and the first thing that caught my attention (the skaters are not noticeable in smaller thumbnails). Regarding the first one, back in 2008 a few users tried to exploit some loophole in the Korean law claiming that a form of complete FOP exists for architecture, but two years later another user disagreed.
