• Mmyers1031 is stale, last edit in aug 2008, so not clear why that one's listed.

This user is using those IPs listed or ones near them, ( Confirmed) but there are innocent users there too. I suggest a short anon only range block on 203.211.64.0/18 and possibly (if the first one doesn't do the trick) 219.89.0.0/16 ... but not for very long. Too many other users. Alternatively, just reblock the named account and hope for the best. ++Lar: t/c 03:59, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
