Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: User:INNAjm uploaded copyvio images previously, see here for example, and please see my comment in this talk page, and user:ఇలియానా & user:Sameer Reddy & user:وهبي confirmed as a sock on arwiki. Today, user:ఇలియానా upload many copyvio images. For further information, please see (Special:PermaLink/26863) in CUwiki --Alaa :)..! 14:01, 19 May 2018 (UTC)

From a technical standpoint, I can only conclude that the link is Possible. I think someone will have to take a look from a behavioral standpoint. • I don't understand Magog's possible finding; it is Confirmed that the following accounts are related:

  • MarianaOch
  • INNAjm
  • Sameer Reddy
  • Armotyy
  • OchoaM
  • سيفوو
  • ఇలియానా
  • Ileanađ'crz

Although the machine has changed, the location/ISP match the 2016 Jnaga check (and CU wiki data). Note OchoaM and Ileanađ'crz were not blocked here (I've now blocked them) nor are they globally locked; someone so interested may wish to make that request. Эlcobbola _talk 18:51, 21 May 2018 (UTC)
