English: Funktionsweise von therapeutischen Antikörpern. Die Abbildung zeigt die Funktionsweise von unterschiedlichen Antikörpern. Die Bindung eines agonistischen Antikörpers an einen Todesrezeptor der Krebszelle führt zu einem Signal in den Kern hinein und zur Apoptose der Krebszelle. Der intrazelluläre Antikörper („intrabody“) wird in der Regel als scFv in der Krebszelle produziert. Er besteht aus der variablen Kette der schweren (VH) und leichten Kette (VL) eines Antikörpers, die über einen Peptidlinker miteinander verbunden sind (scFv) |
