DTS: Einführungsworkshop „Tabellen in Wikipedia“

Wir laden euch am 30. Juli 2024 herzlich zu unserem Einführungsworkshop zur Erstellung und Formatierung von Tabellen in Wikipedia ein! Dieser Workshop richtet sich an Neulinge aber auch an fortgeschrittene Autoren, die zusätzliche Funktionen benötigen. Vorgestellt werden die verschiedenen Funktionen innerhalb des Visual-Editors aber auch des Quelltexteditors. Inhalte des Workshops „Einführung in die Grundlagen der Tabellen in Wikipedia“:
- Erstellung einfacher Tabellen mit dem Visual-Editor
- Formatierungen, die das Aussehen und Funktion von Tabellen beeinflussen
- Einfügen von Tabellen aus externen Quellen
- Tabellen im Quelltexteditor (inkl. Formatierungen, die nicht im Visual-Editor möglich sind)
- Tipps und Tricks für ansprechende und funktionale Tabellen
- Nutzung von Vorlagen zur Erstellung von gleichartigen Tabellen
Salino01 wird euch Schritt für Schritt durch die Prozesse führen und dabei auf eure Fragen und Probleme eingehen. Wir freuen uns auf einen informativen und produktiven Workshop mit euch.

Erinnerung: Heute, am 15. Juli geht es beim DTS um die Frage: Ist die Wikipedia ein sicherer Ort für Kinder?
Ausblick: Wir haben wahrscheinlich im August den 100. Digitalen Themenstammtisch erreicht. Wir werden dieses unter dem Titel "100 mal Digitaler Themenstammtisch - Von der Corona-Notlösung zur digitalen Austauschplattform der Wikipedia-Community" ein bisschen feiern. Wenn auch Du einen Kurzvortrag halten möchtest, bitte auf der Diskussionsseite von WP:DTS melden.

- Was immer sie macht: der Leser muss eine Quelle bei uns finden. Die sollen ja nicht googeln ob das stimmt was da steht. Beim Sichten schaue ich eigentlich nur, ob das was drin steht bequellt ist oder nicht. Wenn du belastbare Belege findest, dass sie Skat gespielt hat, schreibs mit Quelle rein. Dann werde ich natürlich das auch sichten. melde dich bitte wieder hier, wenn du das gemacht hast. Ich beobachte den Artikel nicht.Wortulo (Diskussion) 17:05, 27. Jul. 2024 (CEST)

bei der folgenden von dir hochgeladenen Datei gibt es noch ein Problem:
- Datei:Wortulo sichten IMG 2132.jpeg - Problem: Lizenz
- Lizenz: Eine Lizenz ist die Erlaubnis, eine Datei unter bestimmten Bedingungen zu nutzen. In der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia werden nur solche Dateien akzeptiert, die unter einer freien Lizenz stehen, die hier gelistet sind. Unser Online-Assistent unter https://wmts.dabpunkt.eu/freigabe3/ hilft Dir, eine passende Lizenz auszuwählen und den Text für Dich anzupassen. Wenn du der Urheber der Datei oder der Inhaber der Nutzungsrechte bist, kannst Du ihn benutzen, um den Text anschließend in die Dateibeschreibungsseite einzufügen.
Durch Klicken auf „Bearbeiten“ oben auf der Dateibeschreibungsseite kannst du die fehlenden Angaben nachtragen. Wenn das Problem nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen behoben wird, muss die Datei leider gelöscht werden.
Fragen beantwortet dir möglicherweise die Bilder-FAQ. Du kannst aber auch gern hier in diesem Abschnitt antworten, damit dir individuell geholfen wird.

- The Foundation recently opened our first data center in South America. Read about how it is already lowering load times.
- Feature updates from the Tech News: Stewards can now globally block accounts; Wikimedia site users can now submit account vanishing requests via GlobalVanishRequest; and interface of FlaggedRevs (also known as “Pending Changes”) is improved.
- Dark mode will transform Wikipedia's accessibility. Interface admins and user script maintainers are encouraged to check gadgets and user scripts in the dark mode, to find any hard-coded colors and fix them.
- Measure the impact of Wikimedia Commons with Commons Impact Metrics analytics dashboard, now available via data dumps and API.
- Key findings from user research about confusion in uploading images to Wikipedia.
- This month’s Wikimedia Research Showcase highlighted the impact machine translation has on both content and readers of Wikipedia and provided interesting insights on how to overcome related challenges. Watch the recording.
- The Charts project officially kicked off. The goal of this new initiative is to restore basic data visualization capabilities to the wikis. Check out the project page and follow our progress on Phabricator.
- The CampaignEvents extension is now available on Meta-wiki, Arabic Wikipedia, Igbo Wikipedia, and Swahili Wikipedia, and can be requested on other wikis. This extension helps manage and make events more visible. Learn about how to request this extension.
- The Campaigns Product & Programs teams have launched a consultation on WikiProjects and other forms of collaboration on the wikis. They want to understand why they work (or don’t work) for some Wikimedia communities, and they want to learn what can be done to improve the experience. Everyone is encouraged to share their feedback.

- The Wikimania Core Organizing Team (COT) for 2025 is delighted to announce that the 20th Wikimania will be hosted in Nairobi, Kenya.
- The Wikipedia Library secured new partnerships with Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Central European University Press, and l’Informé and is adding more content collections in the library.
- Three new A Wiki Minute videos have been released which address reader privacy and content management on Wikipedia, as well as how Wikipedia differs from social media platforms. Learn how A Wiki Minute videos have helped increase awareness about our work.
- The Committee Support Team year-in-review and reflections.
- A new 20-minute audio interview about the WikiLearn platform with Asaf Bartov, in an episode of the WikipediaPodden podcast.
- More of the Wikipedia core policies curriculum developed for the Africa Growth Pilot is available for review. After edits and improvements by the community, recorded videos would become a permanent core policies course on WikiLearn.
- One new wiki has been created: Wikivoyage in Czech.
