Her date of birth is stated as 1955, yet is categorised under 1948 births? --Dovea 18:09, 17 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

According to DodOnline, she was born 22 May 1955. I've fixed the category. JRawle (Talk) 18:32, 17 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Succession box as Labour Party Chair

edit

As was the case with Diana Holland and Margaret Wall (see Talk:Diana Holland and Talk:Margaret Wall, Baroness Wall of New Barnet) there seemed to be confusion in this article about this position as the link went to Chair of the Labour Party (UK) which is a position appointed by the leader and is held by an MP. Maggie Jones has never held this post, but was Chair of the Party's National Executive Committee, sometimes historically described as Labour Party chairperson, for the dates given. I have therefore amended the succession box to fix this error. Dunarc (talk) 20:41, 1 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
