This one is so stale, it will have to be by behavioral evidence alone. These two editors worked on a lot of articles on B-level actors as well as individuals they assert were their relatives like Pat Sheehan (model), Arthur Sheehan (see deleted edits), Edward R. Sheehan and themselves, Samuel Claesson. At least they are not uploading copyrighted images which is what got them blocked with their original account. There is such a huge timespan between accounts, it might not be relevant to even file this SPI case but I felt compelled to once I saw the similarities and their claims of having written many articles.
