Wikibooks cannot accept copywritten text
[edit source]– Mike.lifeguard | talk 17:48, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- If you continue to contribute copywritten text, you will be blocked.
- Please do not blank pages - it is considered vandalism. I assume that you wanted that page to be deleted since you deliberately copied text from a copyrighted source. In the future, please add a
{{delete}}
tag at the top of the page; an admin will delete it for you. – Mike.lifeguard | talk 20:02, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Do not add copyrighted text to Wikibooks
[edit source]- You were warned that adding copyrighted text would result in a block. You are welcome to return and contribute after the block expires. To request to be unblocked, add
{{unblock|reason}}
to this page, which you can still edit. – Mike.lifeguard | talk 01:27, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

Bulletin Board and RFA?
[edit source]Just wanted to get some information from you about your posts to the bulletin board and WB:RFA. The bulletin board is generally for site-wide news, not progress reports from each individual book. You can use the book's talk pages to discuss those topics, or perhaps discuss them on the Projects reading room. As for the RFA, typically requests are accompanied by some kind of statement, such as a list of reasons why you need the tools, and how you are qualified for them. Since you are relatively new to the project, I think your odds of getting adminship are relatively low. I don't want to disparage you, but you might consider holding off on your request until later when you have more experience. --Whiteknight (Page) (Talk) 21:51, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
