Carlos Vinícius Alves Morais (born 25 March 1995), simply known as Carlos Vinícius, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Monaco on loan from Napoli.
Career
Born in Maranhão, Brazil, Vinícius is product of Santos FC youth ranks. In July 2017, he started his first experience abroad, joining Real S.C. on a one-year loan deal.
He made his debut for Real Massamá at 29 July 2017, in a 2017–18 Taça da Liga match against Belenenses, scoring the only goal.[1] On 6 August 2017, he made his Segunda Liga debut, scoring a hat-trick against Leixões.[2][3] Vinícius ended the season with a total of 20 goals in 39 games.
During the Summer of 2018, Vinícius was signed by Italian side Napoli and quickly loaned to Rio Ave.[4]
On 30 January 2019, Vinícius joined Ligue 1 side Monaco on a six-month loan deal.[5]
