The 13th Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) was elected by the 13th Congress, and was in session from 1924 until 1925. It elected, at its 1st Plenary Session, the 13th Politburo, the 13th Secretariat and the 13th Orgburo of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
