The Dilys Breese Medal is a medal awarded by the British Trust for Ornithology[1] for services to ornithology. It is named in memory of film maker Dilys Breese[2] who died in 2007 and was inaugurated in 2009[3].

The medal features a design by Robert Gilmore[3], showing a Robin in front of a TV screen[3].

The inaugural awards we remade to six recipients[3] at a ceremony on at the House Of Lords[3].
