The flag of the Treinta y Tres pays homage to the disembarkment of the Treinta y Tres Orientales at the Agraciada Beach, on the 19th of April, 1825. It has three horizontal stripes, being the top one blue, the central one white and the bottom one red. It carries the words Libertad o Muerte (Liberty or Death) on the central stripe.

The Flag of the Treinta y Tres is flown alongside the National Flag and the Flag of Artigas on government buildings.
