ALLPlayer is a Polish freeware media player developed by ALLPlayer ltd.

Main usage

For watching videos with subtitles in all media format, also DVD. Developer and originator of ALLPlayer is Polish programmer Artur Majtczak. As opposed to other media players, ALLPlayer is not an "overlayer" for Windows Media Player, and directly uses Direct X.

Features

  • It can detect missing codecs needed to open a media file and download them automatically.
  • It can integrate with Lector (a speech synthesizer) to read subtitles.
  • It has intelligent subtitles, in which the time they are displayed is dependant on how fast users can read them.
  • It allows you to password protect your media.
  • It allows you to create a menu for your media, including video formats such as AVI or MPEG.
  • It can automatically download subtitles from the internet.
  • It can download video files from YouTube.
