ALLPlayer is a popular Polish adware media player (in older versions it was freeware), developed by Marbit Computers.

Main usage

For watching videos with subtitles in all media format, also DVD. Developer and originator of ALLPlayer is Polish programmer Artur Majtczak. As opposed to other media players, ALLPlayer is not an "overlayer" for Windows Media Player, and directly uses Direct X.

Unique functions

  • it detects missing codecs needed to oped a media file and download the needed codecs automatically for Internet
  • it enables integration of speech synthesizer (lector), because of which it can read subtitles
  • it has intelligent subtitles, which fits time of showing subtitles to how fast user reads.
  • it allows setting up a password for any video, so person who doesn't know the password won't have ability to view this videos
  • it allows to do a menu (similar to this, which is in DVD videos) in any video file (eg. AVI or MPEG)
