Andrée Boucher (January 31, 1937 - August 24, 2007)[1] was the mayor of Quebec City, Canada. She was elected on November 6, 2005, becoming the first woman mayor in Quebec City's history. She was previously the mayor of Sainte-Foy from 1985 to 2001, until Sainte-Foy was merged with Quebec City.
She died on August 24, 2007 of a heart attack at the age of 70.[1]
